OPERATIONS READINESS
Primary purpose of job
To provide effective efficient and confidential personal secretarial and administrative support services to Department
Manager and ensures to provide full support to all Asset Divisions Heads and various Directorate/Divisions across
QatarEnergy and the outside the organization
Experience & Skills
1. 6 years plus progressive experience in an administrative position of which 2 years held in supervisory capacity is
preferable if further education requirement is met. If not 8 years in administration is required.
2. English language fluency (written and oral) and Arabic speaking is advantage.
3. PC literate (Standard MS Office)
4. Basic knowledge in SAP financial skill.
5. Sensitivity to issues regarding dealing/communicate with very Senior Management and with multinational corporations
and appropriate management.
6. High degree of discretion required.
7. Working with the SAP system is highly technical and requires extensive knowledge
8. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Education
1. Secondary Education (12 years) or University Graduate in any discipline is an advantage.
2. 2 years further education in an office management discipline.
