We are looking for a qualified Property Lister to join our dynamic team.

Marbella Dream Living offers a personalized approach to buying selling or renting your dream property in Marbella. Our experienced team prioritises clear communication and client satisfaction ensuring a smooth and stressfree experience from start to finish.

Tasks

You will be responsible for:

• Create highquality property listings with compelling descriptions.
• Manage property listings on our website and partner platforms.
• Liaise with homeowners and ensure properties are presented in their best light.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure listings are uptodate.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a property lister.
• Fluency in English and a strong understanding of the Spanish property market.
• Additional language proficiency is a considered a plus (mention specific languages).
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
• A proactive resultsoriented and selfmotivated individual.
• Strong knowledge of the Marbella area and existing contacts are a significant advantage.
