This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 06:30 19:00 total of 36 hours per week. RN Oncology with Basic Life Support (BLS) Need 2 Professional References. The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $52.38/hr encompassing a taxable component of $43.55/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr nonlocal rewards :$7.23 /hr. **Work Location: 3700 Washington Avenue Evansville IN 47714**Local rate (Below 50 Miles): $41.91/hr.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
