Responsibilities :

Stock Planning

• Monthly Forecasting

• Primary Planning Monthly Weekly Indenting of stocks

• Coordination with factory fpr stocks

CFA Management

• Managing of Stocks

• Tracking of sales billing

• Tracking and Analysis of Stock returns Expiry Damages

• Gift/POP Items utilisation

Field Force Management

• Reporting of Field force Attendance daily & Monthly.

• Compilation of Tour Programmes

• Tracking of DSR

• Processing of Travelling Expense

• Processing of ISR Attendance and salaries

MIS

• Tracking and reporting of primary and secondary sales

• Preparation of sales PPT

• Peparation of meeting agenda MOM and follow up

• Tracking of performance of schemes CP SP activities etc.

• Regular visits to the distributor point and market

• Processing and submision of all claims pertaining to CFA and market

• Travelling as per requirement

• Tprocessing of 3P vendor bills for OSP activities for all the channels.
