3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as call volume conversion rates and revenue generated and take proactive measures to improve performance.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and customer service to align telemarketing activities with overall business goals.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and implement innovative approaches to drive business growth.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations including data protection and telemarketing regulations.
9. Strong MIS skills.
