AS400 Technical Architect coordination

Role: AS400 Technical Architect & coordination (onsite US)

Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience
Proven experience in AS400 technology having strong programming and analytical experience for Transformation and Modernization projects
Expertise to configure use generate and document XAnalysis tool
Deep understanding of AS400 architecture operating system and associated technologies (e.g. RPG400/RPGLE COBOL400/CBLLE CL400/CLP/CLLE SQL/SQLLE Screen Design Printer Files Batch process subsystems and integrations)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Internal Functional BAs and Technical team to generate XAnalysis output. Ability to understand existing application code and translate to plain English to assist functional BAs
to derive business logic gather requirements and document user stories.
Process Analysis: Assist internal Functional BAs to analyze existing business processes. s
Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
