Warehouse Executive

JD :

• Taking care of Inbound operations right from receipt to Binning
• Unloading of trucks within the speculated timeframe to ensure the TAT is managed.
• Ontime closure of system transfer orders of receipts at put away stage.
• Sampling inspection of Quality flagged parts at receipts
• Inventory analysis on stock disputed parts.
• Daily IRA RAM & SLA audit coordination and correction/reconciliation of errors on time
• Accountable and responsible for special tasks like transfer of excess inventory from one location to another.
• Daily 5S management
• Ensure and coordinate with machine shop on time availability of parts as per the MPS.
• Coordinate and account the defect parts in system & Physical appropriately.

Monitor and ensure OVF parts storage and replenishment frequently.
