PayPass Sales Specialist

Location: Florida Miami United States

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: From $25000 to $50000 per year

The PayPass Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our portfolio.

Job Mission

Execute activities related to sales marketing plans and commercialization to achieve the companys market positioning. Adhere to established policies for promoting distributing and selling products and services to meet commercial objectives and sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.

Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed sales targets regularly.

Make sales calls to potential clients.

Research and prospect potential clients in assigned areas.

Develop business relationships with various organizational levels within assigned clients.

Conduct visits to present and demonstrate the product and service portfolio.

Manage postsales activities and client retention.

Continuously update knowledge and training.

Prepare and present commercial management reports.

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in sales preferably in a technical sales or account management role.

Strong knowledge of technology sales and industry trends.

Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development.

Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide effective solutions.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.

High proficiency in sales planning and client followup.

Minimum 3 years in sales.

Experience in meeting sales budgets and prospecting clients.

Experience in selling intangible products to businesses such as tools or applications for employee rewards.

Experience in corporate client management.

Knowledge of payment platforms financial products and services.

Preferably extensive knowledge in client attraction and market understanding regarding small medium and large enterprises in the USA.
