• Proven experience in process assessment particularly in a technology or business context.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to assess complex processes and define strategic improvement points.
• Experience in documenting and analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable plans.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in portfolio management and technology operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders and executive teams.
