Job Description/ Requirement:
Expert knowledge and experience in backlog management defining Epics SubEpics and Features
Expert knowledge in backlog management tools (such as Rally Jira etc.)
Experience in Agile software delivery Scrum and PI Planning methodologies
Demonstrated ability in creating dashboards reports customized workflows
Demonstrated ability in good communication skills and stakeholder management
Experience in coordinating organizing and hosting meetings/events with various IT teams
Detailoriented with excellent decisionmaking critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Inclusive style with the ability to collaborate and build meaningful relationships at all levels and functions of the organization
Be able to work crossfunctionally in a matrixed environment and have experience in a large multinational company
Be able to work independently and develop a point of view and recommend to Program Manager
