الوصف الوظيفي
- Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the office of the CEO ensuring smooth operations and communication flow
- Coordinate and prioritize activities projects and meetings for the executive team
- Act as a key liaison between senior management employees and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic support and guidance on company initiatives and special projects
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting Clevel executives or working in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Salary & Benefits:
- Contract position with an annual salary of $80000 $100000 USD
- Potential for performancebased bonuses
