Allen & York are excited to be working with one of the largest, independent town planning consultancies, with offices across England.

Our client is looking for a dynamic Planning Director to lead the Sheffield Planning Office, with the remit to develop its profile and build upon its varied and well-established project portfolio. As office director, you will assume responsibility for the financial and performance planning of the Sheffield office and participate and contribute to wider company management.

You'll be a qualified Town Planner with extensive experience in private sector consultancy or a mixture of public sector and client-side roles. With a post-graduate qualification in Planning, you will be a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). You will have excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage the workloads and professional development of your team, whilst overseeing client projects and exploring new business opportunities.
