PA Office Manager

Our client is a Family owned distribution of Speciality Fresh Foods to the retail and catering trade in Ireland.

An experienced PA / Office Manager would compliment the Management Team in providing support to the Managing Director and Management team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Acting as a first point of contact for the Managing Director.
  
• Diary Management including scheduling and researching
• Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Management Team.
  
• Maintaining and refining internal processes that support the Management Team.
  
• Prepare collect collate and distribute materials for key meetings and events.
  

Requirements

• 2 Years experience in a similar role
  
• Experience with a multitasking position
  
• Solid written and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
