Description: Embark on a careerdefining journey in the field of Human Resources with our J1 Governmental Sponsor Program which facilitates traineeships and internships across the United States for aspiring HR professionals. As an HR Trainee/Intern you will delve into the core of HR operations from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals gaining insights into effective people management HR policies and the strategic role of HR in achieving organizational goals. You will contribute to real HR projects enhancing your skills in a practical handson learning environment. To Qualify: Suitable candidates are those currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field as well as recent graduates with such a degree. A minimum of B1 level English proficiency is required to ensure successful communication within our diverse and collaborative team environments. A formal language examination is not necessary. This program is designed for individuals passionate about human resources and eager to explore HR practices in an international context. Starting Salary: The program offers a competitive starting salary of $2000 to $4000 monthly. Exceptional trainees and interns who demonstrate outstanding skills and contribute significantly to their projects may see their salary potential increase to up to $9500. Visa processing fees are applicable for the J1 Sponsorship a crucial step for legal entry and residence in the USA during the internship period. This sponsorship allows you to fully engage with and benefit from the international HR experience.
