Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Comfortable both in person and on the phone communication
- Ability to maintain a positive friendly collaborative attitude.
- Team player focused on results
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and work in fastpaced environment
- Thinks creatively in finding solutions to roadblocks
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoys being part of a team as well as working independently
