Configuration Management Representative

Job Role and Responsibilities:

1. Configuration Management representative with experience of 5 to 6 years.

2. Should have ability & authority to ensure daily endtoend delivery of Configuration Management services in accordance with this Configuration Management Plan. Specific responsibilities include:

3. Managing the daytoday activities of the process including establishing priorities and work assignments

4. Db Script Maintenance Version Maintenance of Critical Documents experience on Version Recon during major releases.

5. Tracking compliance to policies and procedures and resolving / escalating any compliance issues

6. Facilitating and participating in Configuration Management audits and getting closure of any compliance findings.

7. Reviews critical incident results and responses and dispositions of failed changes due to CMS related issues

8. Facilitates communication and engages various teams to encourage compliance to all configuration management actions.

9. Mentors the team on Configuration Management services concepts policies and procedures
