Responsibilities
Client Management at Local / Warehouse Level should know the key people in that
warehouse
Sourcing ability Experience about the sourcing pool / areas where candidates need to be
sourced from
Knowledge and experience in Online / Social Media Sourcing
Should have experience of Both Peak time hiring and non peak time dehiring
Should be willing to travel must have 2 wheeler
Proven Ability to build team of Recruiters and Implants manage them & monitor their
performance
Should know English Hindi and Local Language
Attain Hiring targets in the Assigned Location
A Right candidate would be one who has experienced High volume Hiring and transactions related to
the same.

Profile of a desirable candidate Apply only if done blue collar hiring, sales hiring, ITI Hiring, E-commerce hiring, Facility management hiring Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Should have the ability to deliver results in fast-paced & metrics driven environment. Ability to effectively analyze the client s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals Minimum 5+years in recruitment/client management/key account management/P&L role. Dynamic, proactive and competent Should have Experience in Team Handling. TL should have exp in - Warehousing, Delivery Bikers, Gen Duty, Housekeeping, Security Guards, Sales ( Retail and Distributor )
