LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES.

Position : Account Executive
Working Hours : Mon Fri 8:00 am 5:00 pm EST
Salary : $/month

About the Role:

As an Account Executive you will be an integral part of our growth engine driving revenue by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy Riverside users. You’ll manage inbound leads take meetings with outbounds set by our BD team and handle the full sales cycle through the onboarding of new users.

You are an adept salesperson capable of engaging in executivelevel as well as technical conversations. You ideally have experience working with small/medium businesses and the potential to work with larger enterprises. You have an understanding of the buyer journey and can lead short singlestakeholder deals as well as complex multiparty sales in a highly consultative manner.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify highpotential prospective users from inbound leads
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Engage with Product and Marketing to help amplify our growth trajectory
  • Report progress and metrics and present periodic proposals to management on ways to improve the sales process
  • Consistently achieve a quota to meet team revenue and growth objectives

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales closing experience at a technology company with a proven track record of top performance.
  • Must have proficiency in using Google Workspace
  • Has a strong interest in technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner who is creative detailoriented positive and an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Selfstarter with excellent time management skills capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment through selfmotivation and independent initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fastpaced environment.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Prior experience in the media industry is a plus.
  • Able to speak the Spanish language
