Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts of Responsive Resumes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in LinkedIn marketing static image posting ad campaigns lead documentation and more. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness engagement and conversion across a our LinkedIn platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for LinkedIn.
Regularly meet with the founder to provide insight into marketing KPIs such as clicks conversion rates retention and purchases.
Lead all marketing efforts developing both the strategy and implementation for marketing materials across LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the Client Service Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination between marketing and client services.
Update the website to optimize client attraction on search engines with a background in SEO preferred. Once updated implement the website across marketing outreach.
Stay informed about American culture and social media trends to implement them effectively in marketing strategies.
Regularly communicate progress and innovations to the team to ensure alignment with the brand vision.
Utilize previous experience in scaling companies to contribute to the growth of Responsive Resumes.
Be a master at strategy and implementation and exude confidence in the direction of Responsive resumes as a result of the marketing efforts.
Requirements:
35 years of experience in a similar role in which developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that resulted in growth was a key responsibility. Must provide evidence of previous work they have completed in the interviews and detail how it improved the company.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
Proficiency with relevant social media platforms and their backend processes.
Excellent English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
A background in SEO is a plus.
Experience in scaling companies' marketing efforts with minimal direction.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a marketing team.
