Mandatory Requirements:

• Technical experience in enduser desktop troubleshooting and support.
• Technical experience with officewide PC laptop network and printer/peripheral troubleshooting and support activities.
• Experience with ticket management software and related procedures (e.g. ITSM ServiceNow).
• Experience managing and prioritizing support calls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products and desktop operating systems.
• Experience working as a support manager in an IT environment responsible for selfmanaging and supporting all aspects of IT within an office setting of 75 staff.
• Understanding and compliance with confidentiality related to sensitive data (e.g. HIPAA/HITECH Law Pub 1075).
• Experience in a customer service role providing direct inperson technical support to executivelevel clients/customers and administrators.
• Experience supporting troubleshooting and operating videoteleconference equipment.
• Experience with internetbased teleconference software support (e.g. WebEx MS Teams Zoom).
