Mandatory Requirements:
- Technical experience in enduser desktop troubleshooting and support.
- Technical experience with officewide PC laptop network and printer/peripheral troubleshooting and support activities.
- Experience with ticket management software and related procedures (e.g. ITSM ServiceNow).
- Experience managing and prioritizing support calls.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products and desktop operating systems.
- Experience working as a support manager in an IT environment responsible for selfmanaging and supporting all aspects of IT within an office setting of 75 staff.
- Understanding and compliance with confidentiality related to sensitive data (e.g. HIPAA/HITECH Law Pub 1075).
- Experience in a customer service role providing direct inperson technical support to executivelevel clients/customers and administrators.
- Experience supporting troubleshooting and operating videoteleconference equipment.
- Experience with internetbased teleconference software support (e.g. WebEx MS Teams Zoom).
