In France we have 35 talented colleagues spread in France and Europe. You will have 3 sales team leads as direct reports to you but also manage the whole France team collaboration including thesales team partnership marketing....
We are looking for someone to :
Serve as a strategic team leader who plays an active role in helping the team succeed
Build and manage a highly motivated engaged and effective team
Identify attract develop and retain talented people; build a positive team culture including rewards and recognition that align individuals focus with our company goals
Create sales training for your team to build their skills; coach and mentor them strengthening the effectiveness of each associate
Lead an effective sales management process for the team including account planning and deal realisation performance assessment followup and closing
Lead crossfunctional teams as part of an integrated gotomarket approach
Work closely with the Marketing Operations and regional Services teams to develop a holistic sales marketing and services strategy for the region
Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded
Implement the GotoMarket plan diligently ensuring its execution and thorough followup.
