الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for a Night Care Manager in Dunstable. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.
Salary: 15.02
This is a permanent role and we DO NOT offer sponsorship.

Job overview for the Night Care Manager:
- Leading a team of care assistants and senior care assistants on a night shift
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Monitor vital signs and document changes in patients condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
- Maintain resident records and reports.
- Assisting junior staff with any queries that they may have
Requirements for the Night Care Manager:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- 12 months experience as senior or team leader
