Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet culinary excellence.
- Plan menus determine the size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness sanitation and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation cooking techniques and safe food handling practices.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a productive and organized kitchen environment.
- Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to meet the highest hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently including meal preparation cooking and service.
- Specialize in Lebanese cuisine to provide unique and authentic culinary experiences.
