We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Cook to join our clients team in a restaurant setting contributing to their commitment to exceptional dining experiences. Education: Other trades certificate or diploma

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Work Setting: Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet culinary excellence.
• Plan menus determine the size of food portions estimate food requirements and costs and monitor and order supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness sanitation and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation cooking techniques and safe food handling practices.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a productive and organized kitchen environment.
• Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Clean kitchen and work areas to meet the highest hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently including meal preparation cooking and service.
• Specialize in Lebanese cuisine to provide unique and authentic culinary experiences.
