Job Description:

Alphanext is seeking a talented Embedded Linux Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing embedded software solutions in a Linux environment utilizing your expertise in C Python and industrial protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop embedded software for Linux systems using C and Python.
• Implement and integrate industrial protocols such as Ethernet Modbus and REST API for IoT applications.
• Work with microservices development frameworks particularly EdgeX.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and optimize embedded systems solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to embedded software development.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C and Python programming languages.
• Experience in Linux system development and toolchain understanding.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet Modbus REST API).
• Experience with microservice architectures preferably in EdgeX framework.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in embedded software development and IoT applications preferred.
