Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop customer relationships by identifying thier storage needs and providing solutions
- Shipping and receiving iPostal and other mail duties
- Manage the daytoday operations of one or more sites
- Meet sales goals through unit rentals unit insurance and moving supplies
- Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
- Maintain facilities sweeping mopping changing light bulbs etc.
- Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties
- Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members
- May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations

Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends as needed

Requirements
Your Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience (i.e. retail sales restaurant sales associate front desk site management and or other customercentered sales roles)
- Strong computer skills
- Valid drivers license with access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Self Storage Experience is a plus but not required
