- Lead direct motivate and hold accountable a team of professionals in order to meet and exceed goals.
- Budgeting.
- Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and make plans to overcome deficiencies.
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer / guest service.
- Project cando winningtype attitude with high energy and enthusiasm to entire team.
- Hire develop and future tomorrows managers and leaders.
- Coordinate goal achievement with Director of Sales.
- At least 2 years experience as a General Manager in a fullservice resort or upscale selectservice hotel.
- Experience with Food & Beverage preferred.
- Ability to articulate personal and teamled success stories.
- Valid unrestricted driver license.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Hands on experience with Hotel Property Management Systems or Software.
