Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an RN Hospice/HomeCare. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Barre VT 05641
Assignment Start Date: 5/28/2024
13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours/week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Experience:
- Experience with hospice case management required
- Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A current and unencumbered VT State RN License is required
- BLS/BCLS is required
EMR System: McKesson/NETSMART experience preferred
Shift: Days; Monday through Friday with a rotation to include Saturdays approximately every fourth week allowing for a day off during the week to facilitate the rotation.
