Job Summary:The Global Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in building bridges between the organization and itsinternational partners fostering collaboration and driving global success. The role is multifaceted andrequires strong organizational communication and time management skills as well as the ability towork efficiently and effectively in a fastpacedenvironment. The global relationship managers play acrucial role in supporting their employer and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization at alllevels.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national & foreign businessclients representatives partners and clients through regular communication networking andrelationshipbuilding activities. Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the organization and itsinternational counterparts fostering mutual trust respect and cooperation.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships alliances and joint ventures withforeign entities to expand market presence and drive growth. Negotiate partnership agreements andcontractual arrangements to support business objectives and enhance competitive advantage in globalmarkets.
CrossBorder Collaboration: Coordinate crossborder projects initiatives and business venturesensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders across different geographicalregions. Facilitate knowledge sharing best practice exchange and cultural understanding to promotesynergy and innovation in global endeavors.
Diplomacy and Negotiation: Represent the organization in international forums trade fairs andbusiness events showcasing its products services and capabilities to potential partners and clients.Conduct negotiations resolve conflicts and navigate cultural differences with diplomacy and tact toachieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Account Management: Manage accounts of clients including contract negotiations pricingagreements and order fulfilment. Monitor account performance track sales metrics and proactivelyaddress customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement: They may interact with external clients vendors orstakeholders to coordinate administrative services or address inquiries and concerns. This involvesbuilding and maintaining positive relationships to support the organizations objectives.
