Maintenance Manager

• Formulate improvement programs and implement monitoring and controls for the maintenance functions.
  
• Plan prioritise and manage corrective preventive and predictive maintenance.
  
• Establish a maintenance management system for tracking maintenance support requests spare parts and maintenance history of factory equipment.
  
• Cost and budget control of maintenance spare parts.
  
• Working closely with internal stakeholders (i.e. production departments) to work out the best practices in handling the production processes the best way. This can be evidenced by more effective changeovers scrap reduction better utilisation of raw materials etc.
  
• Analyse causes of downtime implement improvements focusing on the elimination of failures and report regularly to the Management.
  
• To provide necessary guidance and train the Maintenance team members to their best performance.
  
• Observes and actively enforces safe working practices in the plant.
  
• Ensure good housekeeping in the maintenance area.
  

Requirements

• Minimum a degree in any Engineering specialization preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering.
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment with at least 3 years exposure in process control or production management.
  
• Candidates with lesser working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
  
• MUST be comfortable working in a fastpace working environment.
