Customer Service Representative North

• Market company s services & products with the view to meeting monthly sales targets
  
• Keeping safe custody of all branch s stationery.
  
• Safekeeping and proper disbursements of branch s float as directed by company policy
  
• Management of PODs generation and remittance to origin stations
  
• Customer information management including telephones emails etc
  
• Handling complaints and objections from internal and external customers
  
• Any other duties that may from time to time be assigned
  
  

Requirements

• SC/ND in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent
  
• Any graduate qualification is a plus
  
• Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in similar position
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
  
• Ability to apply judgment
  
• Information management skills
  
• Ability to communicate (Verbal & written)
