HR Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and strategicminded Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing costeffective recruitment strategies building a talent pool and efficiently hiring for current organizational needs. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit is a definite plus.
Requirements
Background:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- Proficiency in using Zoho Recruit or any other HRTech platform for talent sourcing and management
Skills:
- Expertise in creating and maintaining a talent pool of prospective employees freelancers and intern.
- Ability to understand the roles.
- Strong networking skills to establish connections with college placement cells institutions and libraries.
- Ability to research competitors smartly and conduct interviews with their employees to identify potential talent or understand skillset.
- Proficient in recruiting interns and needbased roles with experience in managing recruitment pipelines.
- Familiarity with various recruitment mediums including job boards intern platforms and agencies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Detailoriented with the ability to create and manage recruitment campaigns and forms.
- Proactive in building networks and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to enhance employer brandings.
