Demand Response Dispatcher

Insight Global is seeking a Demand Response Dispatch Operator that is fully on-site in Baltimore, Maryland. In this position, the candidate will receive a 6–8-week training that will cover the daily reporting on energy usage that is imperative to be submitted every day. Through this training, the candidate will successfully be able to monitor and maintain dispatch logs, review ISO grid conditions and dispatch demand response programs effectively. The ideal candidate will be analytical, able to multi-task, and will have strong problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills to be able to speak to clients during dispatch events as well as taking directive from Senior Dispatch Operator and other personnel. They will be communicating to clients through dispatch center email and through phone call.
