Role Objective:
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products to veterinary clinics hospitals and other animal healthcare facilities. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within these organizations ultimately increasing product adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share with the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients including veterinary clinics hospitals and other animal healthcare facilities.
- Build relationships with key decision makers throughout the animal market
- Ensure excellent coverage and high degree of customer service
- Being in tune with the industry and product developments both locally and internationally
- Rollout new product launches to store staff to increase instore presence and achieve market leadership for the brand
- Track monthly sales and identify trends to determine objectives and frequency
- Report all activities
- Represent company values to customers through professional presentation understanding of the veterinary business and of customer needs
Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Veterinary Pharma or FMCG Industry
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Results driven motivated proactive and customerfocused.
- Proven track record of success in sales preferably in Veterinary Pharmaceuticals or FMCG industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of team in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have Oman drivers license
