Position Overview: As a Proposal Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth through the development and management of winning proposals. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to understand client requirements develop compelling proposals and ensure timely submission. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking creativity and project management skills in a fastpaced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend proposal development process including strategy development content creation and document production.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project managers estimators engineers and designers to gather relevant information and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of proposal requirements identifying key deliverables deadlines and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and partners to gather necessary information and incorporate into proposals.
- Manage proposal timelines and resources to ensure ontime delivery of highquality submissions.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates content libraries and best practices to streamline the proposal process.
- Support postsubmission activities including client presentations negotiations and debriefs to enhance win rates and capture lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in proposal management within the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes terminology and best practices.
- Relevant university degree or college diploma preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
