Role: Paid Media Specialist

Job Type: Full Time (Mon to Sat 9 AM to 6 PM)

Responsibilities:
Set up and manage campaigns across various paid media channels including Meta
Google LinkedIn etc
Perform daily optimizations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency to meet
target and media plan specifications
Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance budget utilization and
lead quality
Actively liaise with internal departments to gather feedback on lead quality and
conversion implementing necessary adjustments to optimize campaign strategies to
meet targets
Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and
complement paid media efforts.
Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure budgets are reserved and properly
allocated for campaign execution
Maintain ongoing communication with platform Account Managers.
Ensure accurate lead integration in CRM to facilitate successful sales conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or related field
At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising with proficiency in Google Ads &
Meta
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve campaign
performance
Strong understanding of paid media metrics
Good communication & organizational skills
Capability to manage multiple projects
Preferred:
Certifications in Google Ads Meta Blueprint or other digital marketing skills.
Relevant industry experience (Automotive)
Track record of effectively managing larger marketing budgets
Experience handling campaign management tools or reporting tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
