Job Duties

• Be a core contributor to the company s overall growth strategy.
  
• Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with Wife on strategic initiatives.
  
• Maintain and elevate Wifes talent by planning implementing and evaluating human resources policies programs and practices.
  
• Recruit acquire talent and onboard new hires.
  
• Overall performance management and liaison between the management and the employees.Manage payrolls and benefits for employees.
  
• Create retention strategies.
  
• Create marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand values and thereafter enhance its positioning in the market.
  
• Think forward and anticipate future trends opportunities and prospective successes for Wife.Be collaborative a number thinker and be factdriven.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelors / Masters / Specialized course in relevant functions
  
• Confidence tact strong peopleskills intuitive
  
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  
• Strong command of language oral and written
  
• Highdegree of understanding of people and critical crisis management
  
• Strong leadership skills
  
• 13 years of relevant experience in HR Management
