Branch Head Financial service


Salary: INR 4.5 LPA to INR 5.5 LPA Incentives
Location: Piravom Muvattupuzha Kerala
Experience: Relevant experience in branch management or similar leadership roles is preferred

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as Branch Head. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the branch including managing business and personnel matters. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager the Branch Head will play a key role in driving business growth ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment for the branch staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development Activities:
  • Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Facilitate daily morning meetings and discussions with branch staff.
  • Review branch performance metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Organize weekly investor meets to expand the client base.
HR Activities for Branch:

  • Design and implement monthly training programs for staff development.
  • Organize staff happiness activities to boost morale and motivation.
  • Communicate important company policies and updates to employees.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Address employee grievances and foster team spirit within the branch.
Branch Operations:

  • Monitor daily branch activities including pay in/payouts and customer grievances.
  • Manage risk associated with trade errors and debtors.
  • Provide regular reports on branch activities to the Regional Manager.
General:

  • Strive to achieve individual branch and organizational goals.
  • Remain adaptable to evolving duties and responsibilities.

  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics of the Company including trading regulations and prevention of fraudulent practices.
  • Respect the company values outlined in the Employee Manual.
  • Demonstrate commitment responsiveness creativity and ambition in all professional endeavors.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role in Financial service
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
