We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team and ensure accurate and efficient data management for our real estate operations.

Job Description:
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for entering updating and maintaining various real estate data in our systems. This role requires high attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our real estate databases including property listings client information and transaction details.
  • Data Verification: Verify data for accuracy and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital records and ensure all information is easily accessible.
  • Reporting: Generate reports based on the entered data to support real estate operations and decisionmaking.
  • Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure accurate and consistent data management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or other data management tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to maintain highquality data entry.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • SelfMotivation: Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
