Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target prospective clients with hiring needs and develop strategic partnerships to meet their recruitment goals

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing guidance and expertise throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in executive search or talent acquisition with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for achieving targets and driving business growth
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex client relationships

Salary:

$60000 $300000 (100% commission)
