Job Title: ONCALL SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT (TIER IV)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze install configure maintain troubleshoot and monitor various enterprise systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess business requirements and design effective solutions that align with strategic objectives.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff members fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum of six years of experience in administering or managing enterprise systems.

• Proven expertise in analyzing installing configuring maintaining troubleshooting and monitoring enterprise systems.

• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
