Shift Notes: 8hr Nights but must be flexible 40hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: As needed / Holiday coverage required as/if needed

THIS IS A SUPERVISOR NEED!

the Environmental Services Supervisor under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services oversees the daytoday operations of assigned areas within the Environmental Services Department. He/she assists with the development of departmental plans policies and procedures. Works within annual operating and capital budgets. Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness appearance and safety as outlined by BHS and regulatory agencies.

• Proven ability to perform evaluations consultations and discipline within established timeframes.

THIS IS A SUPERVISOR NEED CANDIDATE MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of environmental services/housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting required
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience in a customer service/support service function required
• High school diploma/GED required

• Work History SUPERVISOR/LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
