Our client is a fastpaced growing CRM AIbased Marketing Automation startup combined with Generative AI & Multi Language support. Currently we are helping them in seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Key Account Manager to join our team.
As a Key Account Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining longlasting client relationships understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction and business success
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong longlasting client relationships with key accounts.
- Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements ensuring clients needs and expectations are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters anticipate the clients needs and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction success.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 5 years working experience
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant sales/customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good to have: Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot)
