What youll do:

• Develop analyze and manage manufacturing processes.

• Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.

• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates efficiencies yields costs and changeovers.
• Implement process improvements to reduce product lead times and costs.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to solve complex problems.
• Develop innovative solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance production quality and capacity.
• Must be competent in the use of SolidWorks CAD.

What is required:

• Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Degree
• Proven experience in process engineering preferably within the automotive industry.
• Demonstrable knowledge in process design development and optimization.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
