EveryMatrix is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Team in Bucharest.

EveryMatrix is a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and European Lotteries Association. In September 2023 it became the first iGaming supplier to receive WLA Safer Gambling Certification. About the Role:

As a Recruitment Specialist youll be at the forefront of talent acquisition identifying and attracting toptier candidates to fuel our growth and success. If youre passionate about connecting with people thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a knack for finding the perfect fit we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including business leaders HR partners hiring managers and external vendors to understand hiring needs priorities and challenges.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
  • Enhance the companys employer brand to attract top talent. Develop and implement initiatives to showcase the companys culture values and career opportunities across different channels such as social media industry events.
  • Oversee the sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven ability to effectively source and attract candidates using a variety of methods including online job boards and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to conduct thorough and insightful candidate assessments evaluating qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team partnering with hiring managers and colleagues to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
