Logistics Co-ordinator

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Ensure all shipments are processed and delivered on time
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with suppliers carriers and internal teams
• Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules
• Resolve transportation and logisticsrelated issues
• Oversee warehouse and storage facilities
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports
• Implement costsaving strategies
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Participate in logistics projects and process improvements
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Assist in the recruitment and training of logistics personnel
• Manage and maintain logistics software and tools
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or related field
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or related role
• Proficient in logistics software and MS Office suite
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
