Tasks

What Youll Do:

• Strategize and Visionize: Craft the strategy and vision for our products and collection in line with Feelgrounds vision.
• Analyze and Adapt: Dive deep into product performance data identify opportunities and risks and propose action steps towards success.
• Set Objectives Reach Goals: Define clear product objectives to achieve both our business and brand aspirations.
• Market and Customer Insight: Conduct thorough market analyses to grasp customer segmentation competitors trends and define our target audience. Stay ahead of current and potential consumer desires through creating conducting and evaluating customer research.
• Consumercentric product briefs: Create comprehensive product briefs that kickstart our product creation process.
• Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with Design and Development to ensure our collection resonates with market needs. Provide product expertise to Marketing and Customer Support working crossfunctionally to bring the product story to life

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Fashion/Streetwear Proficient: Possessing indepth knowledge of the fashion/streetwear market with an eye for future opportunities and challenges
• Barefoot Enthusiast: Passion for barefoot shoes/minimal footwear or eagerness to become an expert in this field
• Customer Journey Expert: Skilled in unraveling customer journeys with experience in workshops surveys focus groups etc.
• Communicator and Influencer: Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and engage stakeholders
• Analytical Whiz: Keen analytical abilities to navigate through and process data
• Strategic Thinker: A strong holistic planner with a strategic mindset
• Team Player with Execution Skills: Confident collaborative spirit with good execution abilities
• Educated and Experienced: A bachelors degree in marketing/business/textile/fashion or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 years work experience in footwear apparel or accessories
• Extra Skills: Experience with market analysis tools and German language proficiency are welcome bonuses
