Junior QC Executive

• Analyze all Primary products (bottles) and Finished goods QC process daily to check the quality & durability of company products.
• Loading and Unloading of Materials such as Primary goods and Finished goods
• Inspecting products for flaws or defects in QC Checking
• Packing weighing and labeling completed items for Finished goods products
• Following all company guidelines regarding QC checking Labeling and packaging on products
• Adhere to all QC and packaging procedures in accordance with organization SOP s.
• Adhere to staff schedule and ensure workflows are properly followed
• Assemble finished products into boxes for storage and transportation
• Ensure all safety practices and guidelines are followed.
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of work in QC Rooms.
• Ensure Products are properly packed with required Accessories and ready for Dispatch
• Document quality checking practices by entering into notebooks and recording inwards and outwards.
• Examining finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Communicate with other team members when problems arise and offer possible solutions to help correct any mistakes.
• Assess quality assurance strategies periodically to determine best practices and improvements that could lead to fewer problems and interruptions in QC Process..
