1. Achieve daily dispatch target of Finished Scooters as per plan
2. Prepare dispatch documents as per the SOP/Standard.
3. Finished Goods Management at Warehouse (Storage & maintain SOC).
4. Analysis of discrepancies arising out during FG dispatch while receiving POD. (ODC process)
5. Track and monitor the transit damage / Quality analysis occurring during transit
6. Develop and Modify Opera on Standards/Operation
7. Inventory Management in Accessories parts and Packing materials
8. Process Audit & Report preparation
9. Prepare and Circulate daily MIS to Management team
10. Manpower training & Evaluation / Develop manpower skill matrix
11. Plan Schedule and monitor the first mile and last mile deliveries and ensure continuous logistics operations.
12. Good knowledge about to access 3PL portals (related to OBL) and handling of 3PL
13. Rejection/scrap clearance on a periodical basis.
14. Periodic perpetual inventory & reconciliation.
15. Ensure timely adherence of data entry in SAP/Excel Dashboard & MIS Preparation.
16. Sustain safe workplace by Adhering with all PPE & safety protocols.
17. Implement Kaizens to Eliminate the Abnormalities in the OBL operation.
18. Have Coordination with PPC Sales and Logistics to Ensure a Cheerful Workplace.
