Responsibilities:
CAM Sales:
- Drive and execute the entire sales process focusing on closing deals for Custom Application Management (CAM) services.
- Actively engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and align services accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
PreSales:
- Collaborate with the presales team to identify business opportunities create proposals and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive project documents including the scope of work project plans and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements Analysis:
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations and project goals.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate project requirements and client expectations to the development team.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on CAM sales and presales activities.
- Prior experience in IT services companies is mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from INR 480000 to 600000 per annum based on Experience and Knowledge
