Position: Remote US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruiting preferably in niche hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized IT roles.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including but not limited to networking social media job boards and Boolean searches.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience working remotely and independently demonstrating selfmotivation and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and hiring needs.
- Source screen and qualify candidates using various methods and tools ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including interview coordination feedback collection and offer negotiation.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
- Communicate effectively with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment status.
